1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arogya Kavach platform, website, or mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Arogya Kavach is powered by HealthX Plus. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arogya Kavach regarding your use of our healthcare membership services, referral programmes, crowdfunding features, and all other services offered through the Platform.

2. Membership and Registration

To access the benefits of Arogya Kavach, you must create an account and subscribe to a membership plan. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your full name, valid email address, phone number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Membership is non-transferable and is intended for personal use by the registered member and their authorised family members only. Providing false information, sharing credentials, or allowing unauthorised use of your membership may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Healthcare Services Disclaimer

Arogya Kavach is a healthcare membership and discount platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, insurance company, or direct healthcare provider. We connect members with independent healthcare providers (doctors, labs, pharmacies, radiology centres, blood banks) who offer discounted services to our members. The quality of healthcare services, medical advice, diagnoses, and treatments are the sole responsibility of the individual healthcare providers. Arogya Kavach does not guarantee the outcome of any medical treatment, diagnostic test, or consultation. Members should always exercise their own judgement and seek second opinions when necessary. In case of medical emergencies, always call emergency services first.

4. Referral Rewards Programme

The 12-level referral reward programme is subject to specific eligibility criteria including maintaining an active subscription, having the referral reward feature enabled in your plan, and meeting the minimum active direct referral count for each level. Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet upon successful subscription by the referred member. Arogya Kavach reserves the right to modify the referral reward structure, rates, or conditions at any time with reasonable notice. Any fraudulent activity, self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation of the referral system will result in forfeiture of all rewards and permanent account termination.

5. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices for membership plans are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and are inclusive of all applicable charges. Arogya Kavach reserves the right to modify plan prices at any time; however, existing active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes. Payment confirmation constitutes activation of your membership.

6. User Conduct

Members agree not to misuse the Platform including but not limited to sharing membership credentials, creating fraudulent accounts, misrepresenting identity to claim discounts, harassing healthcare providers, submitting false reviews, or using the crowdfunding feature for non-genuine medical needs. Violation of these conduct guidelines will result in membership suspension or termination without refund. Members are also prohibited from reverse engineering, copying, or distributing any part of the Platform's technology, content, or proprietary systems.
