Refund Policy

1. Membership Plans

Arogya Kavach membership plans are non-refundable once activated. Since membership benefits are available for immediate use from the moment of payment confirmation - including access to our entire network of 500+ healthcare providers, online consultations, and all other included services - we are unable to process refunds for change of mind, non-usage, or partial usage of the membership. We strongly recommend reviewing the plan features, benefits, and pricing carefully on our Benefits page before subscribing to ensure the plan meets your family's healthcare needs.

2. Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances: duplicate payment due to technical error where you were charged twice for the same subscription, payment processing error where the amount charged differs from the plan price displayed, and system error where your membership was not activated despite successful payment. In all such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with your transaction ID and payment receipt. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Referral Reward Withdrawals

Once a referral reward withdrawal has been processed and marked as "Processed" by our team, it cannot be reversed. If a withdrawal request is rejected, the amount is automatically refunded to your in-app wallet. Rejected withdrawal reasons may include incorrect bank details, mismatched beneficiary name, or insufficient verification. You can correct your bank details and resubmit the withdrawal request at any time.

4. Crowdfunding Contributions

Contributions made to crowdfunding campaigns through the Arogya Kavach platform are voluntary donations and are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed. Contributors are encouraged to review the campaign details, creator information, and admin verification status before making any contribution. Arogya Kavach verifies each campaign for authenticity but does not guarantee the use of funds by the campaign creator.

5. How To Request A Refund
