How do I become an Arogya Kavach member?

Becoming a member is simple and takes under 2 minutes. Visit our registration page, enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. Then choose a membership plan that fits your family's needs — plans start from just ₹499 per year. Complete the secure payment through Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallets. Your membership activates instantly upon payment — no waiting period, no paperwork, no verification delays. You can immediately start browsing partners, finding doctors near you, and using your membership QR code to avail discounts at any of our 500+ partner providers across India.

Can I add my family members to my plan?

Absolutely! Depending on your plan, you can add multiple family members — from 2 members in the Silver plan up to 10 members in the Corporate plan. Each family member gets their own identity on the platform and can independently avail discounts at all partner providers. You can add your spouse, children, parents, siblings, and other relatives. Simply go to the Family Members section in your dashboard, enter their name, date of birth, and relationship, and they're instantly covered. Please note that once a family member is added, the details cannot be modified or removed to prevent misuse.

Is there a waiting period after I subscribe?

No. This is one of the biggest advantages of Arogya Kavach over traditional insurance. Your membership activates the instant your payment is confirmed — whether you pay at 2 AM or 2 PM, on a weekday or a holiday. You can walk into a partner doctor's clinic the very same day, show your QR code, and avail your discount. What payment methods do you accept?

We use Razorpay, India's most trusted payment gateway, which supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking from 100+ banks, and mobile wallets. All transactions are 256-bit SSL encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, ensuring your financial data is completely secure. You will receive an instant payment confirmation via email and SMS, and your membership will activate within seconds of successful payment.

Referral & Rewards

How does the referral reward programme work?

Every Arogya Kavach member gets a unique referral link. When someone registers using your link and subscribes to any plan, you earn referral rewards across 12 levels of your referral network. There is no cap on how much you can earn — the more you share, the more you earn while helping others access affordable healthcare.

How do I withdraw my referral earnings?

Your referral earnings are stored in your in-app wallet. To withdraw, go to the Wallet section in your member dashboard, add your bank account details (bank name, account number, IFSC code, beneficiary name, and PAN card), and request a withdrawal. You'll need to enter your login password for security verification. Withdrawal requests are processed by our team within 2-5 business days and the amount is transferred directly to your registered bank account. You can track the status of all your withdrawal requests in the Wallet section.

How do I use my discount at a partner clinic or lab?

Using your Arogya Kavach discount is simple. First, browse our partner network to find a doctor, lab, or other healthcare provider near you. Check the available offers and discounts at that partner. When you visit, select the offer you want to use and generate your membership QR code from the app. The partner scans your QR code to verify your active membership and the offer you've selected. The discount is applied instantly to your bill — no paperwork, no claim forms, no follow-ups. After your visit, you'll be asked to confirm whether you visited and optionally rate your experience to help fellow members make informed choices.

Can I order medicines through Arogya Kavach?

Yes, if your plan includes pharmacy discounts. You can upload your doctor's prescription through the app, select whether the medicine is for yourself or a family member, and our team will process your order. Prescriptions go through verification to ensure accuracy and safety. You can track your order status in real-time — from processing to approval to delivery. You also have the option to visit our partner pharmacies in person, show your QR code, and get instant discounts on over-the-counter and prescribed medicines. Orders can be cancelled while they are in "processing" status.

What is the crowdfunding feature?

Available in Gold and higher plans, the crowdfunding feature allows members to create campaigns to raise funds for medical emergencies — such as cancer treatment, surgeries, or other expensive medical procedures. You can add a title, description, goal amount, end date, and image to your campaign. Each campaign is reviewed and approved by our admin team to ensure authenticity. Once approved, other Arogya Kavach members can contribute directly through the platform using secure Razorpay payments. Campaign progress is shown in real-time with percentage funded, number of backers, and days remaining. This feature embodies our people-for-people philosophy — the community supporting its own members during their most difficult times.
